The majority of the birds found here in Rockport, Texas area are Redheads, Pintails, Widgeon, and scaup, along with some other waterfowl too such as teal, bufflehead, gadwall, northern shoveler, goldeneye, and occasionally geese just to name a few.

Ace In The Hole Guide Service is not like most other waterfowl guides or outfitters. Rarely will we hunt the same blind, or area, several days in a row because conditions change daily, and  you have to go where the birds want to be. Nor do we leave our decoy spread set out for days on end like so many other outfits. We have several dry comfortable blinds, but we also hunt the grassy shorelines where there are no blinds to GET THE BIRDS! You do the shooting, then set back and watch a well-trained Black Labrador by Best Retrievers do the retrieving on our guided hunts. Or you may bring your own dog if you like on un-guided hunts.
